Anna Nicole: Her Son's Death Ruled An Accident
A Bahamas jury decided Monday that Daniel Smith, the 20-year-old son of the late Anna Nicole Smith, died from an accidental drug overdose.
Daniel, who died suddenly in September 2006 while visiting his mom and new baby sister in a Nassau hospital, is believed to have taken a combination of drugs, including methadone and antidepressants.
The jury is recommending no criminal charges be filed.
