Exclusive: Baby for Dermot Mulroney
Less than a year after his divorce from Catherine Keener was finalized, Dermot Mulroney has a new baby.
Over the weekend the actor, who appeared in films including My Best Friend's Wedding and The Family Stone, was photographed in Roccascalegna, Italy, where he and his new girlfriend, Tharita, baptized their child at San Pietro's Church. The baby is said to be a girl named Mabel Ray and is seven months old.
Dermot and Catherine's 17-year marriage ended in divorce last year after initially separating in 2005. They have one son, Clyde, who was born in 1999.
Repeated calls to Dermot's rep weren't returned.

It wasn't him that had an affair. Rumor has it that,
Catherine had an affair with Brad Pit. I would have left her too. However, I can find no saving grace for finding someone as bad, no, worse than his wife was. You can't tell me there are no good girls left. She is cerainlyl not one of them. -- mary
I think he is the biggest ass I've ever seen. Where does he keep his brains. I guess he sits on them. That girl is too young for him and there isn't anything pretty about her. Her legs look like they belong to 2 other people, she never wears nylong - not sure about other underwear - doesn't look it and she's easy.

Who are you to criticize him. Try to be married to someone you one time loved dearly for 15 years. It's a job! He did a right thing. How do you expect a woman at her 50's to give a birth to one more child. He is a gorgeous man and I am sure his kids are as well.The most important thing is who he loves. I wish him the very best!

I don`t find Dermots girlfriend look so young. White someone as old she is? Why isn't it to have a younger girlfriend? It is nevertheless no exception. Which man at its age wants already a girlfriend those of the same age is, if he can have a younger one. It is sad only for women in the middle age, if they see that again and again.

They look very happy and the baby is beautiful!!! Dermot is a good guy, he's wise to go on with his life and enjoy all the blessings that come with it. Divorce isn't a pretty thing, and it's painful too, but for whatever reason it came about I'm sure it was for the best for Dermot and Catherine. That's their business not ours.
