Gossip Girl's Blake Lively Dishes on Real-Life Love
After months of staying tight-lipped, Blake Lively is finally opening up about her romance with her Gossip Girl costar.
The actress — best known for playing Serena van der Woodsen on the CW's popular series — opens up about her real-life romance with Penn Badgley in the August issue of Seventeen.
"Penn does these silly dance moves, and he's very witty and quick, so it's fun to have sharp banter with him," Blake told the mag. "When you're saying these words that people are making you say to one another, nothing about it is real or genuine... So if two people connect outside their characters, then that's how they get together."
She added that when she's in a relationship, she gives 100 percent.
"When I care about somebody, whether it's my best friend or somebody who I would date, I give them all of my heart," she said. "I've just been so loved, and I'm used to really loving people and trusting them."
One person she isn't as excited to chat about? Paris Hilton. Blake once heard someone compare her to the party girl, citing how Blake is blonde like Paris and often carries around her dog.
"I don't think that makes Paris and me similar," Blake told Seventeen. "I don't go to clubs, I don't party, I don't dance on tables, and I don't like sex tapes." On a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being the best), rate how cute you think Blake and Penn are as a couple.
