Brad & Angelina Score Golden Globe Nods
Looks like Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie will be at the Golden Globes! Both got nominations for the big night. Brad got a nod as best actor for his title role in The Curious Case of Benjamin Button while Angie is up for best actress for Changeling.
And while either of those was a surprise, there were shocks aplenty when the lists were read this morning by Terrence Howard, Rainn Wilson, Brooke Shields and Elizabeth Banks, in addition to Jorge Camara, the president of the Hollywood Foreign Press Association
Most notable were Tom Cruise getting a best supporting actor nod for his blink-and-you-missed-it role in Tropic Thunder and James Franco as best actor in the marijuana comedy Pineapple Express. Both James' and Tom's names scored laughs at the nominations press conference.
Button tied for the most nominations with Meryl Streep's Doubt and the political Frost/Nixon. Each received five nominations.
The late Heath Ledger was saluted for his role in The Dark Knight for best supporting performance, paving the way for an Academy Award nomination next month.
On the TV side, Tina Fey continues to be the critics' choice — 30 Rock earned a nomination for best comedy and she received a best actress nod.
Jon Hamm and January Jones of Mad Men both earned nominations for best actors in a television drama.
Check out the full list here.
All Golden Globes winners will be announced on the awards broadcast airing Jan. 11.

They need to just go home & take care of their brood of children, not be out looking for attention.

Yes, my 2 favorite people in the world and best actors are nominated. Go Brad & Ange! Changeling was a very touching moving and I truelly recommend it. The innocence of a community years ago without thoughts of predators, especially the sexual predators and also women without any voices at that era moved me when I saw the movie. The movie has many strong messages that are very important. Angelina played an awesome and touching role in this movie.

I agree, real tired of hearing about that husband stealing hoe and her adopted non-amercian kids, who are raised by nannies....

Of course! Where's Jen Aniston? Oh yea, she can't act, so she has to pose on GQ, looking like an over the hill hag desperate for attention.
