Brad and Angie in Court: Their Secret Prenup Deal

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are a step closer to becoming husband and wife! The couple snuck into children's court on Wednesday, in a move that is believed to be connected to Brad's attempts to formalize his adoption of Angie's three non-biological children.

Whatever went on behind closed doors at the Edmund D. Edelman courthouse in Monterey Park, obviously gave the couple something to celebrate. That night, Brad and Angelina, who's pregnant with twins, dined with Clint Eastwood and his wife Dina Ruiz at Divino in Brentwood. According to reports the foursome had a great time, excitedly telling stories about their children over red wine - although Angie abstained.

As Star reports in this week's issue, Brad and Angelina have finally decided the time is right to get married! Not only have they tentatively picked a location - Saint Louis Cathedral in New Orleans- but they also recently drew up a $200 million prenup, which covers their soon-to-be six children (adopted kids Maddox, 6, Pax, 4, and Zahara, 3, their bio-baby Shiloh, 20 months, and the unborn twins), as well as how they would split their real estate worth tens of millions of dollars.

Although the whole family bears the name Jolie-Pitt, the three adopted kids are legally not yet Brad's.

Both Brad and Angie have been through divorce, and both know that anything can happen in a marriage, so they are protecting the kids should the worst occur, says a source. "You won't see any messy custody battle here. Brad will always be their dad and Angelina has no intention of stopping that."

As part of the agreement, Brad and Angie will share joint custody. "They will ensure that the children won't want for a single thing for the rest of their lives," says the source. "But hopefully, they will have a happily married mom and dad."
