Judge Denies Britney's Visitation Request! Plus: She's Back With Adnan

January 23, 2008

Commissioner Scott Gordon denied Britney Spears' request for visitation rights with her two sons during a brief emergency hearing Wednesday morning in Los Angeles. The best part is, Brit showed up to court, but left before the hearing even began!

"The previous custody orders under which Britney Spears has no access to the children remains in effect," L.A. County Court Public Information Officer Alan Parachini said. "Ms Spears has no custody or visitation rights at this moment."

Parachini added, "After going through weapons screening she indicated to the deputies that she wanted to leave. One of the lawyers left the building with Ms. Spears. It doesn't appear that she is coming back."

Brit's ex, Kevin Federline, stayed for the hearing and answered questions for Commissioner Gordon.

BACK WITH ADNAN!
Wednesday's brief court appearance followed another wacky night for Spears. The pop wreck was spotted with her paparazzi beau Adnan Ghalib. Adnan was driving Britney's Mercedes when they reportedly collided with motorcycle rider. It appears no one was seriously injured.

When asked about her relationship with Adnan, Britney told the paparrazi he was "friend." However, Adnan gave an exclusive interview to Entertainment Tonight saying his relationship with Britney is "far from over." When asked if he wants to marry Britney, Adnan said, "I'd be lying if I said no."

Adnan — who said Brit is "not crazy at all" — also discussed why the couple was looking at pregnancy tests at Rite-Aid. "She was feeling a lot of things she said she felt when she was pregnant. I think she was hoping she was pregnant with my child."
