Britney Expected In Court Wednesday! Plus: Adnan & Wife Separate

January 22, 2008

Britney Spears is due in court on Wednesday, Jan. 23, her "manager" Sam Lutfi tells Access Hollywood. Brit will go to court to ask for visitation rights for Sean Preston and Jayden James. Britney thinks she should be able to see the tots "in a therapeutic setting."

Britney's request will likely be denied, TMZ says. California Commissioner Scott Gordon has reportedly issued orders for Britney to undergo psychological analysis. Known as a 730 evaluation, the results of the testing would be submitted to the court. So far, Britney has ignored the court's order! Kevin Federline's lawyers will probably use this defiance as grounds to deny her new visitation request.

Meanwhile, Brit's former paparazzi boyfriend Adnan Ghalib is telling his side of the ongoing Spears saga to Entertainment Tonight. Ghalib's wife, Azlynn Elizabeth Berry, filed for legal separation from the paparazzo on Friday, according to court documents. Berry cites irreconcilable differences for the split and asks that Ghalib pay spousal support and her attorney's fees.
