SUPER BOWL STARS

February 4, 2007

Star was there as the partying got underway in Miami for the big Super Bowl Weekend!

Friday, Feb. 2: Super Bowl XLI Gift Lounge, produced by On 3 Productions at the Radisson Hotel.

Legendary soul singer Patti LaBelle was sitting through the process of getting fitted for custom headphones by Ultimate Ears Pro, with a certified audiologist pouring silicone into her ear canal to get the right mold. Patti told Star: "Mariah [Carey] told me about these headphones. She said they are a must!" The 62-year-old star also revealed, "I started doing yoga recently, I feel great! It's unbelievable."

Ex-'N Sync member Joey Fatone picked up some 2(x)ist Varsity underwear shorts, and told Star: "Justin [Timberlake] introduced me to this brand. He loves his underwear!" Fatone also got a free week's rental of a new Cadillac, and grabbed some Bratz toys for his 5-year-old daughter Brianna. "She loves the Bratz," said Joey. "She's like beyond a super-fan; she's gonna be sooooo happy!" Before leaving, Fatone answered Star's question about Britney Spears' current state of affairs by saying, "She'll make her comeback -- I guarantee it."

Taye Diggs also picked up some underwear -- and a woman working the 2(x)ist booth revealed Taye likes his briefs "simple, black and white."

New England Patriots star quarterback Tom Brady (without recent squeeze Gisele Bundchen) stopped by the 2(x)ist booth as well -- and while looking at the male underwear model pictured on the packages, Tom jokingly asked the female attendant, "How come I'm not on the box?"

Friday, Feb. 2: CBS Party on the Beach at the Loews Hotel.

Catered by Barton G, the shindig featured a beach BBQ with Mahi Mahi and sirloin steak, a salsa band performing in the background -- plus a top-secret performance by Prince (the featured act for the Super Bowl halftime show), who sang two songs.

Star spotted CSI: Miami hunk Adam Rodriguez and David Spade, who, when asked about recent reports of the demise of his relationship with Heather Locklear, told Star: "I'm pretty single. It's pretty fun." He added: "I don't get to come to Miami much, but it's always fun, everyone's cool, the beach is great, you can't complain down he

Friday, Feb. 2: Mark Wahlberg's party at Ink nightclub.

Wahlberg took time out from preparing for the Academy Awards on Feb. 11 (he's up for a Best Supporting Actor Oscar for The Departed), to throw a charity bash at this club that's partly owned by his brother Jimmy. "I'm here trying to raise money for inner-city kids," Wahlberg told Star. "That's where I came from. I can't forget that. And this is not a hard thing to do -- I'm fortunate enough to know people who have a lot of money!" Mark's friends were in a giving mood -- his bash raised $200,000!

Friday, Feb. 2: Maxim Magazine's 7th annual Super Bowl party.

The "lad mag" transformed the hotel into a St. Tropez paradise, complete with casino. Black Eyed Peas stars Fergie and will.i.am performed her hit songs "Fergalicious" and "London Bridge."

Britney's ex, Kevin Federline, arrived around midnight and smoked cigars with rocker Kid Rock. Both ogled the half-naked waitresses serving up the drinks, and K-Fed flirted with two blondes for at least 20 minutes.

David Spade is everywhere! He made the scene again, arriving with two male pals and "trying to get phone numbers from the Maxim ladies in garter belts," says an eyewitness.

In the VIP area by the pool, Micky Rourke, Craig Ferguson, race car superstar Jeff Gordon and tennis hottie Andy Roddick were admiring the sights.

Jeremy Piven arrived "looking absolutely partied out," says an eyewitness, who adds that the Entourage star "was hitting on girls non-stop!"

Jessica Simpson's manager/dad, Joe Simpson, arrived around midnight and chatted with daughter Ashlee Simpson's ex, Ryan Cabrera. When asked about Jessica's romance with rocker John Mayer, Joe told Star: "John is a great guy, I'm very happy for her."

Shortly after Joe's arrival, his former son-in-law, Nick Lachey, made the scene with girlfriend Vanessa Minnillo. "It seemed like they held hands all night long," says an eyewitness. "They made it through the crowd and went to the private VIP section, where they kissed, flirted and hung out with a group of friends."

Rapper Snoop Dogg arrived at 2 a.m. with his entourage, went directly to the VIP section -- and immediately started smoking some "interesting" cigarettes, claims an eyewitness.

And what would a party be without Jackass star Steve-O getting out of control? No disappointment here! An eyewitness reports: "He seemed totally drunk, started screaming 'I'm wasted,' and took off his shirt to show off his sweaty, sunburned chest!"

Saturday, Feb. 3: Coach at The Townhouse.

Mandy Moore arrived at 4:00 p.m. with boyfriend Adam "DJ AM" Goldberg, and picked out a few different pairs of sunglasses. An eyewitness tells Star: "Throughout the party, Mandy would often snuggle up onto Adam's shoulder and he would kiss her head. They look like a perfect couple that has been together for years. Adam whispered in Mandy's ear a lot, and then they'd start giggling together!" Another partygoer overheard Mandy telling Adam, "After this, can we go back to the hotel and take a nap before tonight."

Saturday, Feb. 3: Playboy's "Miami After Dark" party at American Airlines Arena.

The party featured 30 Playmates, in white silk dresses with bunny ears, mingling with the crowd. Over 2000 people attended. Celebrities included Johnny Knoxville, Jeremy Piven, Kanye West, Kelly Monaco, Lil' Jon (who sang and DJed), Daisy Fuentes and David Caruso.

Johnny Knoxville (who just separated from his wife) was having the time of his life, with two Playboy bunnies -- one of whom gave him her phone number later, says an eyewitness -- sitting on his lap.

Kanye West arrived with an entourage that included eight gorgous girls. He danced and sang along when his songs were played by the DJ.

Jeremy Piven was in a VIP area downing Miller Light beer and dancing with several Playboy bunnies.
