They're married! It appears that Pam Anderson and Kid Rock have had a wedding ceremony onboard a yacht off the coast of Saint Tropez, France!
At 7:27pm, local Saint Tropez time (1:27 pm EST), an eyewitness told Star, "Pamela and Kid Rock and guests just released balloons into the air on top of their boat!"
Another eyewitness concurred, adding, "Pamela, Kid and their guests emerged on the top of the deck of their yacht shortly before 7:30 p.m. All of the guests then released helium balloons. Then all of the boats in the vicinity started honking their horns. The guests on the boat then started drinking champgane."
At 10:30 p.m., a dazzling display of fireworks erupted in the waters near Nikki Beach. “This is a gift from Diana Jenkins,” Pam announced to the crowd, referring to her best friend and bridesmaid, an L.A. socialite, says the source. The source says, “The fireworks lasted for about ten minutes. They were red, green and white. They were just beautiful.”
The source adds, "Kid Rock looked scruffy. He was wearing a white V-neck shirt with a baseball cap. Pam was wearing a very short white silk dress."
Shortly after noon, Saint Tropez time (6 a.m. EST) on Saturday an eyewitness told Star, that decorations were going up on the yacht: "They have silver helium balloons everywhere and they are in the process of tarping the entire ship so photographers can't shoot. Additionally, their crew keeps making rides to shore bringing- on crates of champagne. They are putting up decorations on the sun deck of the yacht too."
But the duo recently rekindled their relationship. "Pam was in London for Elton John's White Tie and Tiara Ball on June 29, and decided to go to Saint Tropez with Diana," a source tells Star. "In Sain Tropez, she hooked up with Kid Rock." (Before her courtship with Kid Rock, Pam was married to Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee from 1995 to 1998. They have two sons, Dylan, 8, and Brandon, 10).
Then, on July 18, Pam announced on her Web site, www.pamelaanderson.com, that she was marrying! She wrote:
I'm Getting Remarried!!! Yes. I'm finally getting remarried...it's been a whirlwind...spontaneous but well thought through. Feels like I've been stuck in a time warp. Not able to let go of MY family picture...it's been sad and lonely and frustrating....I've raised my kids alone in hope of a miracle. Well my miracle came and went. And came back and came back because he knew that I'd wake up one day and realize that I was waiting for nothing. I'm moving on.
I feel like I'm finally free....I'm in love. I'm happy....I see the light...sounds dramatic but it's true.....I know some women can relate to this....My children are getting older. They know the truth and they are strong, smart kids. They love their Dad. They love their new Step Dad who they've known for years...time will pass. Wounds will heal. Some people may never grow up. Actions speak louder than words....watch!
