KATE HUDSON SPLITS FROM HUBBY

Kate Hudson, 27, has split from her husband of six years, singer Chris Robinson, 39.

In a statement to Star, the You, Me and Dupree actress' rep said, "Kate Hudson and Chris Robinson have confirmed that they are separated." Kate — whose mom is actress is Goldie Hawn — and Chris were married on New Year's Eve 2000 after a courtship that lasted a year.

The couple's son, Ryder Russell was born Jan. 7, 2004.
