On June 2, stars checked into the New York Public Library for the Council of Fashion Designers of America Fashion Awards, which recognizes contributions to American fashion. Weren't given a chance to vote? Neither were we. So vote now on the best (and worst!) dressed fashionistas — like BFFs Victoria Beckham and Eva Longoria — at the event.
