Cheryl Burke on Lingerie, ScarJo & Googling Tom DeLay

Days after she and her injured partner Tom DeLay bowed out of Dancing with the Stars, Star caught up with Cheryl Burke at the 2009 Hollywood Style Awards in Los Angeles, Calif. on Sunday and chatted her up about fashion, lingerie and Googling.

How long did take you to get dressed?
Cheryl: To get the dress on, two seconds. Hair and makeup, one hour.

Whose style do you look at and say: Wow!
Cheryl: I love Scarlett Johansson — I think she has great style. She's classy but so sexy.

If you could dance the way you want in a fantasy sequence, what would you do?
Cheryl: I'd probably wear something really sexy like lingerie and dance to old school jazz.

When they told you that you were going to be partnered with Tom DeLay, what was your reaction? Did you know who he was?
Cheryl: I did have to Google him, but I did know of him. I was hoping he'd be a really nice man, but you never know. He turned out to be a really great guy so that's all that matters.

So now that you’re off the show, what's your next step?
Cheryl: I’ve been looking at projects. I can’t say anything yet but I’m really working hard towards it and I have to time to do it now. I’m off the show but my schedule is busier than ever but in a good way.
