Long before his glam Sex and the City costars became famous for their designer duds, hunky Chris Noth rocked an evening gown in his first-ever movie. In the June 9 issue of Star, we have the scoop on Chris's first movie role in Smithereens in which he played a transvestite prostitute — as well as the photo (a smaller version of which can be seen inset above). One of his costars from the flick talks to Star about working with the handsome Chris — long before women everywhere fell in love with his as Sex's Mr. Big. "We fawned all over him," his costar tells Star. "All the girls had huge crushes on him. We all wanted to take care of him... among other things."
