Late Night host Conan O'Brien is already prepping for his move to L.A. next year, when he's expected to take over Jay Leno's spot on The Tonight Show.

The host purchased a $10.5 million home in Brentwood, Calif. The luxe abode features a screening room, six bedrooms, a spa, library, and six fireplaces.
