Connor Cruise Goes Hollywood!
With a mom who's an Oscar winner and a dad who's an Oscar nominee, it's no surprise that Connor Cruise, son of Nicole Kidman and Tom Cruise, has acting ambitions. According to a report, Connor will make his film debut in the upcoming Will Smith flick Seven Pounds. The 13-year-old will play a younger version of Will's character in what is being described as a small role. The Smiths and Cruises have been very close family friends since Tom and Jada Pinkett Smith costarred in 2004's Collateral. However, Connor is said to have auditioned for the part. Seven Pounds, a story of a man who changes the lives of seven strangers, also costars Woody Harrelson and Rosario Dawson. It is scheduled for release in December 2008. Now Tom is trying to get his kid into the bussiness and not to be mean but he is adopted and ther is nothing genetic going on there. The kid could be horrible at acting but get the part just because of his mom and dad.
