Courtney Love Sued Over Unpaid Credit Card Debt
How's this for a statement: American Express is slapping Courtney Love with a lawsuit.
The credit card company filed legal papers against the "Make Me Over" singer, claiming that she owes over $350,000 in unpaid charges and other fees on her AmEx Gold card.
The lawsuit, filed in U.S. District Court on Wednesday, is asking for $352,059.67 for the unpaid balance, damages, attorney's fees and late charges after Kurt Cobain's widow "failed and refused" to make payments.
This is the second big lawsuit filed against Courtney this year. In February, she was sued for libel by a fashion designer who was peeved about comments she made about her on Twitter.
Courtney's publicist had no immediate information on the suit.

It would be really interesting for Starmagazine to do a feature on plastic surgery-how courtney would have looked now if she hadn't had any surgery. Same goes with those Duff sisters and Ashlee Simpson who got surgery to look cute but will not be beautiful when they age; whereas if they kept their original features they might bloom into their forties and fifties.
