David Caruso's Baby Mama Hits Him with Lawsuit
David Caruso has been slapped with a lawsuit from an ex-girlfriend he dumped while she was pregnant.
In papers filed in L.A. County Superior Court on Thursday, Liza Marquez claims that the CSI: Miami &mdeash; whom she met in 2004 — inflicted emotional distress on her and breached their agreement that he would support her.
Some of Marquez's bombshell allegations include that David asked her to terminate her first pregnancy, raised a hand to her when she was pregnant, accused her of wanting to bed Billy Dee Williams and told people she was mentally ill.
The papers also state that she found David's secret collection of 1970s porn hidden in his bedroom.
Shortly before Marquez gave birth to their second child in 2007, they stopped living together. They officially split upon her return from the hospital -- after giving birth -- when she was served with a paternity action. With the paperwork there was a note from David's attorney stating that "reconciliation is not an option."
Nearly a year later, Marquez alleges that they made an agreement in which David would pay her $1 million. However, she claims he never followed through.

What is the world is the matter with a man of his character. He needs to find himself a real woman. One around his age with brains as well as looks. Apparently he hasn/t figured out yet that his half-his-age girlpals are just trouble. This newest one is another looking for a ride on his coattails. His name and money is all they are interested in to further their own careers. Grow up David. Not alll women are the same so stop picking up the same bimbos you have been.

Why in the world doesn't this man find a woman his own age. Maybe then he would be satisfied. It is a shame to see a man of his character keep making dumb mistakes. This latest girl is another winner for sure. They want your name and money David. Open your eyes.

I love D.Caruso as an actor;but you never know what they are like in their real and private lives.One thing is suspicious, though, that Ms.Marquez waited about a year after the paternity action to make the claims that she has made.

Mr. Caruso, in the midst of this lawsuit,is currently living with Amina Tyrone (more trouble in the wings?). Is this woman Amina Islam - if so, why the last name change?

If Mr. Caruso did not want children, they are ways to prevent conception - obviously not used. If Ms. Marquez was so miserable whiling living with Mr. Caruso, why did she stay with him? $1.2 million plus seems to be her answer. Hasn't Mr. Caruso noticed a pettern in his many relationships? Guess not!

Some women are vindictive and try to hurt a man because he left her and everybody knows that a contract of that stature should be in writing if it's not than it's unenforcable. It's just another case of an upset woman trying to get back at a man. SHE IS SO PATHETIC.
