David & Courteney Arquette: Dieting Duo

September 25, 2008

David Arquette is shaping up, thanks to yogurt.

According to a source, the Hamlet 2 star has been downing a ton of the stuff since his wife, Courteney Cox, had them substitute carbs for yogurt last month. Thankfully, the couple — married since 1999 and parents of 4-year-old Coco — have a personal chef who's "a genius at throwing together tasty yogurt concoctions so they never tire of eating it," adds the source.

And it's done his body good! Both Courteney, and David are loving his leaner physique.

Have you ever adopted a diet tip that a celebrity said was successful? Don't take advice from stars? Talk back.

Never adopted a diet tip from a star because I think that most of the stars lately are very ugly. Too skeletal, bony, no more hour glass shapes for the females and the males look frail, no one looks healthy anymore. The skin looks like it is stretched out to the max and if they smile if will burst.

With all the money the stars make you think that they would eat better and look healthier.

All of Hollywood stars should put their foot down and become better examples and role models for today's youth.

The skeletal look is just as ugly as being overweight.

I doubt it's a yogurt diet...it's called tummy tucks and plastic surgery...only celebs can afford!

Cox is getting really old

It's easy to eat well when you have a personal chef doing everything for you!

I don't believe I've ever adopted a diet tip that a celebrity said was successful! I don't recall taking advice from celebs, except for WWE DIVA/SMACKDOWN SUPERSTAR/ DIVA'S CHAMPION, MICHELLE MCCOOL, ETC.

The Michael Thurmond diet (e.g. on Extreme Makeover) helped me lose 60lbs in less than a year, and i've kept my weight stable for a year since then (without sticking to the diet). Eat 5 times a day... love it!
