CSI Star Charged in Drug Bust

Gary Dourdan has been formally charged following his drug arrest. The CSI was charged with three felonies following his April 28 arrest in Palm Springs, Calif., prosecutors announced Wednesday. The charges were for possession of heroin, cocaine and ecstasy. Over the weekend Gary issued a statement to Access Hollywood denying that the drugs were his. "I am blessed that the Sgt. realized that the luggage carrying whatever they found was not mine and that my tests have been coming back negative," he said in an e-mail. "I've been happy to cooperate in any way to clear myself and go on with my blessed life." Gary's arraignment is set for May 28. I think it is so sad that Gary is choosing a life of sadness and hopelessness. Drugs control you in everyway shape and form. He needs help and recovery!!! But he has to want it. Pray for him!!!

I hope Gary does receive some punishment for his crime, whether it be jail, probation, drug classes,etc.!?
