Dylan McDermott Files For Divorce
The Practice star Dylan McDermott — who separated last September from his wife of 11 years, actress Shiva Rose — has made their split official by filing for divorce in Los Angeles, citing irreconcilable differences. The couple have two daughters ages 11 and two.
Star first reported Dylan and Shiva's breakup in our Oct. 8, 2007 issue. "It's a real shame because they had a wonderful relationship for a long time," a friend told Star. Dylan "fell head over heels right away" for the beautiful actress of Iranian-French descent after bumping into her at a Santa Monica coffee shop in 1995.

None has the right to judge because behind close doors things are different they both are at fault because it takes to to make or break a marriage..unless someone cheats and still then there is a reason for that because if things were great at home noone would want to stray

Who wouldn't fall head over heels. Shiva Rose is one of the nicest people on Earth. It's a shame that Dylan is self centered and doesn't think about his children. Shiva Rose is a highly respected figure in the Iranian community. She came from a very high class family. Basically we can tell to Dylan that Shiva didn't lose anything, but Dylan, you lost an angel. She has such an angelic face. I am sure he will regret some day
