Elisabeth Moss & Fred Armisen Say "I Do"

October 26, 2009

There's been another Hollywood merger: Mad Men's Elisabeth Moss and Saturday Night Live's Fred Armisen have tied the knot.

The wedding took place at The Foundry in Long Island City, NY, on Sunday, a rep for the actress confirmed to star. The bride's gown was designed by Claire Pettibone.

Elisabeth and Fred, whose impression of President Obama has him front and center on the NBC sketch show this season, announced their engagement in January.

In August, Elisabeth told Star that making wedding plans had been easy breezy. "We just don't disagree on anything," she said. "It's weird. I feel very lucky."

She also opened up to RadarOnline.com about how she and her Mad Men costar Christina Hendricks — who married to Geoffrey Arendt October 11 in New York City — had been comparing notes about their weddings.

"Yes, we do -- much to the annoyance of our [castmates]," Elisabeth said. "We have the same cake person. I need her to find a flower place so I have a flower place. We're constantly talking about: What are you doing for this? What are you doing for that? It's great because we have each other to talk to about that kind of thing."

With Mad Men wrapped for the season, Elisabeth is in New York, where Fred tapes SNL, and has a few movies in the works, including Did You Hear About the Morgans? with Sarah Jessica Parker, which opens Dec. 11.

It would be way cool to see Chaz Boner on celebrity fit club with K-Fried!

Couple's in Hollywood should never marry unless it is for keeps. Otherwise they could use the money they spend on A lavish wedding that lasts only a year or 2 and feed the homeless in there community.
