Mrs. Ellen DeGeneres Shows Off Ring, Talks about "Little Lady"
Not even a month after getting hitched, Ellen DeGeneres is back at work — but wife Portia de Rossi is on her mind.
Earlier today the comedian kicked off season six of the Ellen DeGeneres Show by announcing to her studio audience: "It's my first show as a married lady."
Ellen, who married Portia at their Los Angeles home in front of a small group of family and friends, showed off her diamond wedding band to the crowd, who gave her a standing ovation. She thanked the well wishers with... jokes. She referred to her new bride as "the little lady" and "the old ball and chain."
Getting serious, Ellen said, "Marriage is great."
The wedded bliss isn't ending anytime soon either. For Tuesday's show, Ellen promised the audience behind-the-scenes photos from the nups as well as exclusive video.

Homosexuality is NOT a sin. When two human being loves each other tenderly, what is wrong with this?
And be mentionning the bible, my dear, you do profess a good source. I studied theology (University) and as you may know, the bible was translated by Greeks and we do not have a clear representation of this document. And if Jesus was indeed a true good man, he would not condemn 2 individuals in love. He would condemn pedophiles, rapist...and most of these disturbed figures are not homosexuals, Laura, they are heterosexuals. -- Zella M
Religion or "religious" people is not who is judging this outrageous mockery of marriage, but it is the BIBLE, the Word of God which is the final authority for EVERYONE ! Jesus Christ died on the cross for ALL sinners, including these 2. This being the 21st Century and/or 2008 as some of you write is not the point in case here, but it is moreover so that God is the same today, tomorrow and forever and the same goes for His Word, the bible ! The bible's condemning and forbidding homosexual sin is not out of date, not out of context and most certainly not out of style. God's wrath will come down on these people, it did so on Sodom and Gomorrah and will come down the same on America, notice the signs and repent, repent, repent, repent !!!

Honestly, I think the ppl that wrote the terrible things on here should have just kept it to themselves.
You know I don't think you would feel the same way if it was someone in your family. I just find it disgusting and narrow minded how some ppl still think that it's wrong. Get with the times is all I have to say. What is wrong is YOU judging other ppl. You are part of the reason why there is soooo much hate in the world.
