Emotional Jon & Kate Premiere Preview
As the fifth season premiere of Jon & Kate Plus 8 draws closer, it's becoming harder and harder to hide the tension between quarreling couple Jon and Kate Gosselin.
"Kate and I have been going through a lot of stuff and discussing what's best for our kids," a defeated-looking Jon says in a video sneak preview of the show released Thursday by TLC. "The world isn't about ratings and TV. It's about happiness," he mumbles.
On a second video preview released Friday, Kate says, "Everything's falling apart. I feel like the world is sitting on my shoulders." But she claims, "I will not give up. I will not lay down and die."
Jon seems less optimistic. "I can't be myself," he says. "I'm not feeling so hot right now. I might as well be in prison."
The couple, who normally narrate the episodes while sitting together on a couch, filmed the majority of their commentary separately for the premiere. However, Jon and Kate later face each and talk for the first time by the end of the episode.
The premiere episode, airing May 25, focuses on how Jon and Kate put aside their bitter differences to host a belated birthday party for their sextuplets.
According to a Jon & Kate Plus 8 insider, Kate is a pro at putting on a happy face for the sake of the show. “She didn’t talk to Jon unless the cameras were rolling,” a source tells Star.

i knew it was coming we all knew all knew it was coming kate is so into herself and the kids she forgot john was their i know their sex life was over look how stressed out jon looked kate didn't need him anymore be honest shes a bitch i would hate to come home to something like that he never had an opinion she always cut him off when he would speak good 4 u jon but i think he was wrong for bein so open about it but trust me he will be back kates gonna crack sooner or later and if she dosen't then this was all a hoax because noone is that strong.

why is it that kate is taking all the blame while jon gets praise and a pat on the back he brings another female to the home he shares with kate and noone says anything about how that affected the children but kate going to do book signings and now shes a bad mom what is she were an actress and was away doing a movie would she be a bad mom then

if this was true about the body guard why hasnt jon fired him or his wifye makw him quite we never saw the body guard until all this came down

they should consider counseling to save their marriage.If not there will be 8 innocent children that will truly be affected by their irresponsibility.I enjoyed the show, and I hope that they can work things out for the sake of the kids.
