Young Hollywood stars were flying — high! — at the premiere of the new movie version of Fame in Los Angeles on Sept. 23. And while there were some familiar faces (Miz Tis!), the event also brought out a lot of rising stars who hope we'll remember their names!

 

Naturi Naughton, Kay Panabaker and And So You Think You Can Dance contestant Kherington Payne play three of the students from New York School of the Performing Arts who are hoping to make it big in this High School Musical-ish flick.

 

Making the female (and male!) members of the student body swoon in the movie include actors Walter Perez, Paul McGill and Asher Book.

Of course the premiere brought out celebs not even attached to the project, including girl about town Jessica "God Bless America" Lowndes, Twilight's Christian Serratos, Glee's Harry Shum Jr. and Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato's BFF Samantha Droke, who dated Asher.

Biggest sighting though was back to blonde — 63.3% of you like it more than when she's brunette — Ashley Tisdale, who brightened up the red carpet in a neon romper despite waking up that morning with a-a-achoo... a cold. Busy girl — the night before she was hanging at a private party with Miley Cyrus.

Fame opens on Sept. 25.
