A teacher whose life was changed by being in glee club gets the chance to coach the "glee kids" at his old school. But no one has quite the enthusiasm he has. This musical-comedy mixes jukebox hits with golden oldies in a unique ways - the performances all have a performance setting. Kids are singing in the shower, singing at rehearsal, singing in performance. Think "Freaks n Geeks" meets "Fame," with plenty of drama with the teacher (Matthew Morrison) and his self-involved wife (Jessalyn Gilsig), who are having trouble having kids. The acting is solid and the writing is quirky and imaginative enough that they seem to be having fun. It's worth a second look.
