Gwen Stefani's Pregnant Again
Gwen Stefani and husband Gavin Rossdale are expanding the family band!
The couple, who welcomed son Kingston in 2006, are expecting their second child this summer, Star has learned exclusively.
"They were so excited," says an eyewitness who spotted the ecstatic couple shopping at Los Angeles' NoMi baby boutique in January.
"They really want a little brother or sister for Kingston," an insider adds.
Tests on Jan. 22 at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A. confirmed that Gwen was 11 weeks pregnant. The baby is due in July, but the 38-year-old singer doesn't know the sex yet, an insider confides.
THE ANGIE CONNECTION
Coincidentally, Angelina Jolie's biodaughter, Shiloh, was born just one day after Gwen's son made his entrance on May 26, 2006. And now both Gwen and Angie are pregnant again!
But Gwen's baby news is no big surprise. Last August, she told a magazine interviewer, "I can't wait to get pregnant again. It's so fun and consuming and romantic."
Gwen recorded most of her solo album, The Sweet Escape, while she was pregnant with Kingston.
So, can fans expect more hits from her this time around? "Now, I'm in a repeater zone," Gwen said after finishing her last recording. "I just want to make babies and make records."
