Heather Locklear Arrested for DUI
Things don't seem to be getting any better for troubled Heather Locklear. The actress, who sought treatment for anxiety and depression over the summer, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of a controlled substance in Montecito, Calif. on Saturday afternoon.
A California Highway Patrol officer arrested Heather after a resident reported seeing her "driving erratically," patrol spokesman Tom Marshall said. When the officer caught up with the Melrose Place star, her car was parked on a state highway, blocking a lane of traffic. "In talking with her, (the officer) determines that she seems to be under the influence of something," Marshall explained.
Heather was taken into custody and tested for alcohol and drugs. She was booked on suspicion of driving under the influence of prescription medication and later released.
