Heather Locklear Charged with DUI
Heather Locklear has a date with Lady Justice.
The actress of hits including Melrose Place and Spin City has been charged with one misdemeanor count of driving under the influence stemming from her Sept. 27 arrest in Montecito, Calif.
Although no alcohol or illegal narcotics were discovered in Heather's system, the Santa Barbara County Deputy District Attorney Lee Carter tells TMZ.com they believe the prescription medications found in her system "could have impaired her ability to safely drive a motor vehicle."
Heather was picked up by a California Highway Patrol officer following a 911 call reporting that she was "driving erratically." When the officer caught up with the the actress, her car was parked on a state highway, blocking a lane of traffic.
In June, the actress sought treatment for for psychological issues at an Arizona medical facility. "Heather has been dealing with anxiety and depression," her rep said in a statement at the time.

Everyone is under the influence of something whether it is caffeine, nicotine, anger, upset, depression, etc. Most everyone is driving under the influence of something but the ones that slip up get caught that's all but sooner or later evryone does and then what? Everyone walks?

Thank God she did"t kill anyone. But her doctor should of advised her of the side effects. Some would think that she, being an adult should of read the side effects.
