Heather Locklear: 2008 Has Been "Rough"
With a stint in rehab and an arrest, Heather Locklear says 2008 has been a "rough" year.
In the first TV interview since her September DUI arrest, the actress told Jay Leno on Wednesday's Tonight Show that she's "really looking forward to 2009." She added: "There's, like, three weeks left — I'll stay in my house."
While she didn't mention the arrest for driving under the influence of drugs or stint in rehab for anxiety and depression outright, she talked around what she referred to as "personal issues."
"I've been better, but I'm good today," she said. "I think I am over that bump. I've done so much work... I learned some hard lessons."
Next year may not be a walk in the park either. On Nov. 17, Heather — who's promoting the TV movie Flirting with 40, which airs Saturday on Lifetime — was formally charged with in connection with her arrest. If convicted, she faces up to six months in county jail. Also, her relationship with boyfriend Jack Wagner is on shaky ground with an insider telling Star recently that the duo "have been having a really hard time getting along since her arrest" and predicts they "are never getting married."

I would watch it, she is a great actress, and heather clean it up and stay with Jack, hes a wonderful man, that will be there for you no matter what, and long as your there for him too.I think you both belong together!!!
