Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt have found a new way to get attention: they tied the knot! The couple reportedly eloped in during a private ceremony in Mexico on Thursday, Nov. 20.
The Hills lovebirds exchanged vows at the One & Only Palmilla Resort, just outside Cabo San Lucas.
The off-again, on-again couple's wedding appears to be a surprise to their families. Spencer's sister Stephanie Pratt wasn't present for the big event, nor were Heidi's parents.
