Howard K. Stern Faces More Charges in Anna Nicole's Death
More charges have been brought against Howard K. Stern in relation to Anna Nicole Smith's 2007 death.
In Superior Court of the State of California, Los Angeles prosecutors added on five extra felony charges to Stern's six existing charges that allegedly helped obtain prescriptions for Anna.
Included in the 11 felony charges are allegations Stern obtained fraudulent prescriptions, administered or dispensed controlled substances to an addict and conspired to commit a crime.
Stern, who was Anna's lawyer-turned-companion pleaded not guilty in court Wednesday to all 11 felony counts. His lawyer says the charges are "B.S."
Meanwhile, two of Anna's physicians also pleased not guilty. Dr. Sandeep Kapoor and Dr. Khristine Eroshevich are facing six charges each.

Anna's mother saw how Howard was, and she took a lot of heat from Anna & Howard. It was all Howard's doing to have Anna's mom look bad. Anna's mom new what was going to happen with Anna & Daniel. By testing Daniel's hair root or the kidney you can tell if he was using drugs for a long time, what happen to that report?

It is really sad to see these people with the power they have abuse it in such a way that it killed a new mother. Granted, she did most of it on her own. These people were definite enablers. Sad thing is is if they didn't do it for her someone else would have. It was meant to be as horrible as it may sound. Should they be in such serious trouble? Absolutely. Don't do something like overdosing someone for 15 minutes of fame. Dumbasses!

Howard had absolutely no backbone and now has to suffer the consequences for his actions. He was so enamored with Anna that he was willing to do anything she asked when he should have put his foot down and told her no! Maybe if he had, she would still be alive and he could have done more for her son and kept him alive too.

Stern is so sleazy. I think there is more of a plot here. Strange how she died right after her son. If her son had lived he would have inherited her estate. Hmmm.
