Thomas Jane ("The Mist") stars in a new sitcom about a down-on-his-luck guy whose special endowment leads him to try being a male escort. Jane plays Ray, a high-school basketball coach, who's behind on his payments to his ex-wife. He just had a fire at his house - with no insurance. Looking for a leg up, he uses a class in being an entrepreneur to launch himself as a professional gigolo, then joins forces with one of his classmates (Jane Adams), who becomes his pimp. But having the right equipment for the job doesn't mean you've got the technique to sell it - which is Ray's big hurdle. The writing is low-key but funny, more about Ray and his life, than about his efforts to market himself in a small town. It will be interesting to see where it goes.
