Jen Bests Brad at the Box Office
Score one point for Team Aniston!
Jennifer Aniston's new flick, Marley & Me, bested her ex-husband Brad Pitt's film, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button on their Christmas Day showdown.
The doggie tearjerker scored $14.6 million compared to $11.8 million for Brad's drama, reports Deadline Hollywood Daily.
When Jen appeared on Oprah in November, she wished Brad's new movie success, despite the fact that it opened opposite her new film on Christmas Day, saying, "We all want our movie to do well... Can we have a tie?" Nonetheless, it seems like a victory in the longtime Team Aniston versus Team Jolie-Pitt battle.
Meanwhile, Tom Cruise's Valkyrie came in fourth -- behind Adam Sandler's Bedtime Stories -- with $8.3 million.

OMG!!!How can you people say all this ugly stuff about Jen?She is a lovely lady. And she hasnt done anything wrong. Your just haters!!! For one thing why should she have a baby to hold on to a man. Who at the time was showing signs of cheating. This day and age we dont have to bend over backwards to please a man and to have kids to hold onto him. She is a strong independant women who just wants to live her life.And she hasnt done anything to anyone. And she is beautiful so leave her alone!!!!!!

I am glad her movie out did his. She deserves a "feel good" moment. For the most part she has become the ass for everyone pity party. Yeah she was hurt, like we all have been. Get off her ass.

Cigarette voice is quite right! And hats off to the person who so aptly put it that Jen does these naked shots and connects with boys as a means of being considered superiour to Angie. However she can't even get someone worthy..John Mayer... Oi Vey! He is such a C-lister child!!

Well considering the book has a massive following, I would say that is why she beat him this time. It would be the same as if she would have been casted in Harry Potter or Lord of the Rings because those books have a major following (more so than Marley and Me, of course) and would beat others easily. It doesn't mean anything other than a good career move on her part finally picking something people like.
