Update: Jennifer Hudson's Brother-In-Law Charged With Murder
Police have arrested and charged Jennifer Hudson's brother-in-law, 27-year-old William Balfour, in connection with the murder of the Dreamgirls star's mother, brother and nephew.
The estranged husband of Jennifer's sister Julia was being held in prison on a parole violation since the October murders. He was arrested and put into the custody of the Chicago Police Department on Monday.
On Tuesday he was been formally charged with three counts of first-degree murder and one count of home invasion by the Cook County State's Attorney's Office.

I think her nephew's mother had something to do with it, they should lock her ass up too. To me she did not look like she felt no pain that her baby was gone. And if they boy was in Chicago and the police were looking like they were suppose to, ain't no way in hell they would have been able to get to Texas with him. They need to dig deeper, and why would they kill her brother that man was sleep and probably did not hear anything. As for Jennifer I am so sorry for ya lost. You are a very strong Black woman and I know it rough but you will get through it. I am keeping you in my prays.
