Pop diva and actress Jennifer Lopez revealed her father is in fact a member of the church of Scientology. "My dad has been a scientologist for 20 years," J.Lo told Florida's NBC 6 station. "He is the best man that I know in my life, so it's weird to me that people want to paint it in a negative way." She defends her high profile Scientology friends like Tom Cruise and Leah Remini explaining, "They're some of the best people I've ever met in my life. These are lovely genuine people."
