Jennifer Love Hewitt Stalker Scare
Jennifer Love Hewitt has more to worry about than her broken engagement. The Ghost Whisperer star has been granted a permanent restraining order against a 62-year-old stalker.
Papers filed Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court show Love asked for protection against David Nolte, a Studio City, Calif. man whom she alleges has sent her "over 120 threatening and disturbing letter" in addition to following her.
Nolte was ordered to stay at least 100 feet away from Love, her ex-fiancé Ross McCall and her mother, Patricia.
The restraining order is in effect until 2012.
