Jessica Simpson Makes First Appearance After Cheating Scandal
Although Tony Romo was caught cheating on Jessica Simpson — in her own bed! — the singer is standing by her man.
On Thursday night, Jessica took the stage at John Paul Jones Arena in Charlottesville, Va., for the first time since learning of the football hunk's infidelity. She not only appeared to be unshaken by the news, but seemed desperate to show her undying love for the Dallas Cowboys' quarterback.
Jessica, who's on tour supporting country superstars Rascal Flatts, prefaced her Tony anthem "You're my Sunday," with a crack in her voice: "I wrote this next song for a very special man in my life. He definitely has changed me and inspires me everyday."
Jess &mdash wearing gold stilettos, black leather pants and a loose-fitting black sweater &mdash played the entire show with Tony's jersey draped over the microphone stand, holding it up for the crowd to see a few times and gushed, "This song is about a cute boy who plays football," before ending her set with her hit
single "Come on Over."
