Jessica & Tony's Hot Night Out

Jessica Simpson and her new man, star quarterback Tony Romo, helped Jessica's former assistant and friend CaCee Cobb celebrate her 30th birthday at Hollywood hotspot Teddy's on Dec. 1.

"They were talking close and Jessica was twirling her hair in an obviously flirtatious way," an eyewitness tells Star. "They tried to play it cool and weren't as affectionate as CaCee and her boyfriend Donald Faison, but the chemistry was there."

The source adds, "Tony got really excited when the song 'Jesse's Girl' came on, and he sat on the back of the couch and started pumping his fist in the air and singing along. He seemed to really enjoy when the deejay played 80s music."

As the evening progressed, things got cozier between Jessica and Tony. "Near the end of the night, Jessica was sitting on the couch with her arm around Tony," the source tells Star. "They were enjoying themselves. Every now and then, she'd lean in to whisper in his ear. At around 2 a.m., they left together."
