Exclusive: Jon Gosselin's Mom Speaks Out For First Time -- And It's To Star

As Jon Gosselin, star of TLC's Jon & Kate Plus 8, continues to deal with allegations of infidelity and the breakdown of his marriage, there's one person he can count on for support: his mother!

In an exclusive interview with Star, Pamela Gosselin breaks her silence for the first time since the JK8 scandal broke.

"I don't think he will ever be portrayed fairly," a frustrated Pamela tells Star of Jon's relationship with wife Kate Gosselin. "It's always twisted."

Reached at her Pennsylvania home, Pamela says, "I don't think it's fair, and it never will be."

In other Jon & Kate Plus 8 news, the Gosselin family is now the target of a state labor investigation.

The Pennsylvania Department of Labor received a complaint against the TLC show and is "gathering information" from its representatives, according to department spokesman Justin Fleming.

"Any complaint we get, we investigate," Fleming said, but did not specify who filed the complaint or when.

TLC says it "fully complies" with state laws and regulations.

I can't help siding with Jon. They both were paid million for J&Kplus 8 for ten years and she is whining because he withdrew 200,000? He should have half the millions they earned for the past 10 years. What is she trying to pull.They deposited in hundreds of accounts because insurance only covers 200,000 for each account. The contract included both and the kids and were joint accounts. Someone should be investigating her.

I feel bad for both. Jon has a lot of kids for his age and is rebelling against his controlling wife's ways, but who can blame her; anyone with that many kids is bound to effected by it. I just hope the kids aren't tainted by the break-up and they eventually smooth things out, even if as only just friends

Jon is a loser! He let Kate do allthe work and he sat around doing nothing. He should think where his bread is being buttered and not running around and making a fool of himself and disrespecting his family.
