Jon Ordered to Pay Back Money
The party is over for Jon Gosselin. He's been ordered to return $180,000 to a joint bank account he shares with estranged wife Kate Gosselin. Kate claims Jon took $235,000 from the account in violation of their arbitration agreement.
Kate's lawyer, Mark Momjian, said, "The remaining sum of $55,000, which Ms. Gosselin used for household bills and expenses relating to the children, will be subject to further determination by the arbitrator at a later date."
Jon must pay back the money by their next court date, Oct. 26. Kate will also have to provide documentation for the money she spent by Oct. 26.
Kate said, "As difficult as this has been for me, I am pleased that the Court has ruled fairly on behalf of myself and my children. Now that this matter has been ruled on, I look forward to returning to private arbitration, as we have agreed to do, to resolve any remaining issues."

Kate is just money hungry! She is not sharing any of her profits from her guest appearances or book sales but John has to share the total income. It does not surprise me that Kate will get more than he.

Why do you suppose he's willing to work for booze and accommodations? He can't afford either. Hailey better wake up, or she will be paying his bills. Alienation of affection can be messy.
