Joss Takes Jersey

Although Joss Stone has been trying the acting thing — she'll return for the final season of The Tudors next year — she hasn't given up her day job. Over the weekend the soulful singer was on the Jersey Shore for the Barefoot Wine Beach Rescue Concert — a show benefitting the Surfrider Foundation, a non-profit organization "dedicated to the protection and enjoyment of the world's oceans, waves and beaches."

Before belting out some numbers — including a cover of "No Woman, No Cry" — she visited the beach with fellow performer Gavin DeGraw.

Also participating? Mason Jennings and Cold War Kids, who Joss and Gavin schmoozed with before curtain time.
