Judge Rules Jodie Sweetin Can't Be Alone With Her Child!
During an emergency custody hearing Wednesday, a California judge ruled that
The Full House star abruptly split with her second husband, Cody Herpin, in November and now Cody says Jodie is an unfit mother.
The two faced off in court where Cody's lawyers claimed Jodie drove intoxicated with their baby, Zoie, in the car.
Jodie has battled a meth addiction in the past and a doctor who took the stand at the trial claimed she has recently recently fallen off the wagon. But the doctor felt baby Zoie was not at risk at the moment. The doctor said Jodie has been in touch with her sponsor and is attending AA meetings.
The judge ruled that Jodie, who has moved in with her parents, cannot be left alone with the child. Both Jodie and Cody must also submit to drug tests before the next hearing.

Jodie is not clean nor is she trying. If she loved her daughter she would not put her life in danger. She left her husband to be a party girl but only after she signed a gook deal. How blind are you people?

evryone is soo worried about jodi well what about baby zoie? driving intoxicated with your infant isnt right!!! driving intoxicated at all is wrong.. she needs to get help with her drug problem and be there for her daughter like a mother should

Down with DOPE up with HOPE....don't feel bad for these celeb burn outs....they get themselves into these messes and want the whole world to pity them when they hit rock bottom. They know the difference between right and wrong just like we do...they just don't care. If she cared about her child she would stay away from drugs and out of the lime light.

I still think of the day my father sat me down for a talk and informed of the dangers of drugs. He said that he couldn't force me to make the right decision but added that he hoped so much he raised me right. If I would be tempted to get into drugs it would be a sure sign that he failed me. I knew he didn't fail me, he worshipped me, so every time I found myself in an invironment where drugs were easily available I thought of the man who loved me so much. No drugs ever for me. Thank god.

Don't judge someone unless you have been there. She knows she has a problem and is getting help. Having a drug problem doesn't have an age limit! God Bless her.
