Katie Holmes Returns to Tom

After almost two weeks away from hubby Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes and her 2-year-old daughter Suri are back home — for now.

The mother and daughter duo — who have been in New York for Katie to rehearse for her upcoming Broadway play All My Sons — left Manhattan via helicopter on Sunday evening.

"Katie and Suri left from the heliport around 7 p.m.," a source tells Star.

It is expected that Katie will accompany Tom to the Los Angeles premiere of Tropic Thunder tonight. Tom has been getting praise for his role as a nearly unrecognizable bald, overweight studio executive in the film.

All I could say is "wow". I never had anything against Katie Holmes; I just think that she looks tired. She's aging rather quick. What's that all about? I guess if she is happy; it is what it is.

Why don't Tom Cruise find a short woman. I wouldn't have a guy who I tower over. They just don't look like a couple. Tom and Nicole made the greatest couple. She just don't have Nicole's looks/personality/class.
