Kelly Killoren Bensimon Talks Playboy, Boyfriends & Bethenny
She started modeling at 15, but the world really got to know classic beauty (and drama queen) Kelly Killoren Bensimon when she joined the cast of The Real Housewives of New York City. And this mother of two, author and jewelry designer isn’t lying low until the show’s third season begins early next year. Star spoke with Kelly about her newly single life and her next big step — baring it all for Playboy at 41!
Will you and Bethenny Frankel be friends when Housewives returns?
I just want to be a good role model for my girls. Seeing me fight with Bethenny was good for my children because they need to learn about conflict and resolution, which is why I went to Bethenny’s event. I wanted to be the bigger person.
Will we see you dating again?
Last season I dated Max, but this time I’m not going to put a boyfriend in the show. I think the reason Max and I are no longer together is because we became more about the filming than being a couple.
So what qualities does Mr. Right need to have?
He has to be like James Bond, full of adventure. I want someone who is going to explore and be athletic or just go to a dive bar, drink beer and eat chicken wings.
Why did you pose for Playboy?
It’s the ultimate compliment and every woman's dream. You get to be a sex symbol and work with top people in the business. It’s such an honor.

Bethenny and her should be the best of friends because both are so fake....they aren't housewives so why are they even on the show? NY Houswives is so boring and all the women are homely and do not know how to dress....all are to old to wear what they wear.....show us some REAL housewives not these pretend ones.

I totally agree with Teri. She's teaching her daughters that if you're a woman, you can always take your clothes off for money! Her kids will get taunted for this.
