Pregnant Gossip Girl Star Files for Divorce
Kelly Rutherford is ending her second marriage.
The Gossip Girl star, who is expecting her second child with businessman Daniel Giersch, filed divorce papers in L.A. County Superior Court.
According to the papers, which were obtained by TMZ, Kelly cited "irreconcilable differences."
The couple, who married in 2006, have a two-year-old son, Hermes Gustaf Daniel Giersch. Their new addition is due in June.
