Kelly Rutherford's Ex Speaks Out!
As their divorce gets dirtier, the father of Kelly Rutherford's new daughter has admitted he doesn't even know if he should feel happy about the birth!
Kelly banned Daniel Giersch from the delivery room, and now he has told a Web site based in his native Germany that she didn't even tell him his little girl, Helena, had been born. "I'm totally flabbergasted,” businessman Daniel told Bunte.de.
"We'd agreed that I would get a call or a text when contractions began. But it never came. “I'm furious and disappointed, that everyone knew except me. I don't even know if I should be happy about it."
The couple, who had been married since August 2006, split when Gossip Girl star Kelly was about six months pregnant with Helena. They have been fighting in court over everything from breast feeding to potty training.
Daniel, who is currently taking care of their son, Hermes, 2, says he still doesn't know when he will be able to see his daughter, who was born in Los Angels on June 8. "We're in the process of figuring out how often I can visit the hospital. As of now, it's only been determined that for the foreseeable future I'll be able to see my daughter three times a week, for an hour each time.”

This situation really sucks for the children. I don't blame Kelly for not wanting her ex to see her vajajay while delivering, yet she could have let him know shortly after delivery so he could hold his newborn daughter.
