K-Fed Gets Sole Custody Of Britney Kids
Britney Spears and Kevin Federline's custody war is over and K-Fed is the winner.
The exes have reached a custody settlement and a truce will be signed Friday giving Kevin sole legal and physical custody of the couple's two toddler sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James. He will also receive an additional $5,000 in monthly child support — for a total of $20,000 per month — from the pop star.
Britney, meanwhile, will now have three visits a week from the kids, with at least two overnight visits, her attorney, Laura Wasser, told The Associated Press.
Talk Back: Is K-Fed the better choice to get sole custody of the kids?

For the time being. As a mother of four myself it can be very stressful esp. if you feel like your takeing on the world. Britney needs to find herself within herself to be happy then she can and will be able to give her boys the best care everymother wants for their children. Her life is way different from the average Jane but the same in emotions. She will learn from this and be stronger in the end. And as far as Kevin, better the father then the grandmother.

I think K-Fed is a gold-digger and a jerk. Britney's been doing really well on getting her life back together. 20,000 is unreal, unfair, and as said by Less Fortunate "...is greed & and wasted money that way more less fortunate people could use." Couldn't agree more.

If it was the other way around and she won the custody battle, would he have to pay $20000.00 in child support?

He definitely is the better choice. He has proved to be the father these boys need.

I sure wish my momma could've gotten $20,000 a month in child support & etc. to take care of me and my bro. My dad is never had to pay one dime in child support to my mom(THANKS STATE OF FLORIDA FOR NO RESPONSE). I'm now 25 and my bro is 27. What do you need that much money for to take care of two kids in one month. My mom supported us with a manager-position hourly wage @ McDonalds. All I see is greed & and wasted money that way more less fortunate people could use. Britney is an idiot for letting this happen. K-Feds an ass for doing that to her.
