Lance Armstrong & Girlfriend Expecting Baby
It's a Christmas miracle!
Lance Armstrong, who was unable to have children after battling cancer in the late '90s, is expecting a baby with his his girlfriend Anna Hansen.
The baby, conceived without the use of any artificial fertilization process, is due in June.
In 1996 the cyclist was diagnosed with testicular cancer that spread to his brain, lungs and abdomen. The chemotherapy left him unable to have children, although he and then-wife Kristin Richards had three children using sperm he donated before the treatment.
Lance has been linked to several Hollywood stars including Sheryl Crow and Kate Hudson, whom he split from at the end of July. He met Anna, who works at a non-profit for cancer survivors, through his LiveStrong charity work. She's a Colorado native who's a big mountain biker.
The baby will arrive one month before Lance competes in the Tour de France, which will make logistics tricky as he'll likely be in Europe prepping for the race.
