Madonna "Sad" About Her Personal Life
Madonna cited Guy Ritchie's "unreasonable behavior" as the reason for their divorce, but she's still sad that her marriage to the director was a failure.
In her first interview since her divorce from hubby number two, Madge — who has been linked to Alex Rodriguez since the summer — says her split from Guy has been difficult.
"I'm sad about my personal life, but I feel very blessed and very lucky that I have the opportunity to do what I do in my professional life," she tells The Associated Press.
Luckily, her Sticky & Sweet tour and the promotion of her documentary I Am Because We Are have provided "a distraction that keeps me going." She adds, "It would be horrible if I was just thinking about getting a divorce and had nothing to do."
Madge and Guy were granted a preliminary divorce on Friday. It will be finalized in about six weeks. Their sons, Rocco, 8, and David, 3, will split their time between the U.S. with their mom and London with their dad.
I Am Because We Are — which spotlights the impoverished nation of Malawi, where David is from — will air on the Sundance Channel on Dec. 1

I guess she had some work done on her face. God knows where else. Now she's working on her love life with someone else's leftovers. Who knows? Maybe with their adopted child they'll be as happy as Brad and Angie. A mid-life crisis is a horrible thing to watch. But I thought she got over that with Guy.

I had really thought that this would be the relationship that would last. Madonna seemed to be
truly in love with Guy. After all she is only human and people do change. I hope she finds happiness, and love. Her children will be fine. Many couples get divorced and their children get through it. I wish them all the best. -- Ms. M

I feel sorry for the kids. I root for Guy-it seems like he is a kind person. It will be hard for Lourdes to be separated from her brothers
