Transformers hottie Megan Fox has a secret trick for saving money — just add water!
"Megan dilutes her shampoo, dishwashing soap, milk and anything else she can to make it last," a friend says. "She grew up in a very thrifty home in Tennessee where money was tight, and her mom used to do it."
The quirky habit annoys fiancé Brian Austin Green, but it seems to make good cents!

I also grew up in a very tight budget household, I think she is very smart for her age. I think its better to save money, than waste it on ridiculious things. More stars should follow her example.

I think it's a good idea to save money but a little ridiculous when you are a celebrity. When people make that much money, it just seems kind of silly...

I don't think there is anything wrong with being thrifty but diluting milk is kinda icky.

You have to have money to invest it. I think it's a great way. Perhaps she may not need little tricks but most of the US does! Good for her.
